Are you ready to speak with an attorney? We’re glad you’ve made the decision to take the next step regarding your legal matter. We have put together some commonly asked questions to give you more information about legal consults and the consult scheduling process:
Tully Rinckey offers the support of our Client Relations Department to walk you through the process over the phone, however clients may also book online 24/7. By visiting the consultation guide page on our website, you may click on “book your consultation” which will open a secure link where you will be prompted for payment. Once payment is received, you will then be able to review dates and times available with a Tully Rinckey Attorney. The calendar is based on availability, however we typically are able to accommodate consultations in the next business day after payment.
Consultations booked online cost $150.00, may be paid for via a secure link and cover up to one hour of consultation with an experienced attorney. Please visit the consultation guide page for a video that explains what is covered during the consultation. After the consultation you will have a better understanding of your legal matter and the consult attorney will advise you of next steps regarding the best way to move forward.
A: Yes, you can speak to a Client Relations Associate to book your consultation and take your payment. You can make consult payments by credit card, debit card, or by check over the phone. A: After scheduling a time and date on our website, you will receive an email from Tully Rinckey confirming your booking with the date and time of the consultation.
Next, a Tully Rinckey Client Relations Associate will be in touch with you via phone to request additional information to provide to your attorney. During this call the Client Relations Associate will inform you of the name of the Attorney you are speaking with and will provide you with information regarding the attorney scheduled to perform your consultation. The Client Relations Associate will also perform a conflict check to ensure that the firm is able to represent you without any known conflicts. You will be asked to send any relevant documents to a secure email address which will be provided. Once you are finished speaking with a member of the Client Relations team, we will send you an email confirming your appointment time and date.
A: During your consultation the attorney will go step by step with you through your legal issue and give you practical advice on how to proceed. They will review the facts of your case, answer any questions you may have, discuss the merits of your case, and advise you the realistic probable result. Then they will present you with options on how best to proceed with your case and what your suggested plan of action should be. A: Yes, you can request a specific attorney when speaking with a Client Relations Associate. However, our Client Relations Associates are trained to connect you with the appropriate attorney. We will make sure that you speak with the attorney that is right for you and your legal matter.
A: Consultations can either be in person or using our high definition video conference system. If you choose to do a video consultation, we will set up a time for you to meet with your attorney via a secure link. Be sure to keep the invite link available and connect in advance of the consultation, as you will use it to join the call when your meeting is scheduled.
A: If you need to reschedule your consultation for any reason, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance at (888) 529-4543. The sooner we hear from you, the quicker we can reschedule you to help with your legal issue, especially if there are legal deadlines involved.
