Tully Rinckey PLLC opened its new law office in Washington, D.C., today in an attempt to expand its work with federal employment and military law.
The office is located on K Street, the legendary location of many government lobbyists. Attorney Steven Herrick has transferred from the law firm’s Albany, N.Y., headquarters to lead a staff of three attorneys.
Included in that group is attorney Philip Cave, who will offer experienced counsel in military criminal law, court martial proceedings and government security clearance proceedings.
“This move to Washington, D.C., elevates us to a whole new level,” founding partner Mathew Tully said in a statement.
The law firm also plans to launch a government services division later this year, aiming to provide legal services to government agencies.
