Tully Rinckey PLLC opens new location in Vestal

Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The law firm Tully Rinckey PLLC celebrated Tuesday as it expanded and opened a new office in Vestal.

Tully Rinckey PLLC held a ribbon cutting Tuesday morning at its new office at 4100 Old Vestal Road in Vestal.

The firm is managed by former Broome County Family Court judge Peter Charnetsky.

The firm says it hopes to bring a modern and innovative approach to the practice of law in the Southern Tier.

“We’ve been researching Binghamton for many years,” Mathew Tully, a Managing Partner of Tully Rinckey PLLC, said. “We truly believe this is going to be the valley of opportunity again and we wanted to make sure we had a foothold in the area as Binghamton does it’s rebirth.”

Tully Rinckey PLLC offers legal services– including family and matrimonial law, criminal defense, estate planning and real estate law.
