What do you enjoy most about practicing trusts and estates law?
I enjoy helping people who need estate planning or estate administration and don’t know where to begin. Many people have astonishing misconceptions about the legal requirements of estate planning and administration.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve dealt with over the past year?
Supervising the administration of an estate in which the sole heir is a minor, nonmarital child in an Asian country.
What are you most looking forward to doing as COVID restrictions ease?
Seeing more clients and colleagues in person.
