A Rochester man is facing charges in connection with the riot at the Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. last week.
“The criminal complaint charges that on or about January 6, 2021, in the District of Columbia that Mr. Pezzola corruptly obstructed, influenced, or impeded an official proceeding or attempted to do so,” said Judge Marion Payson of the Western District of New York.
Dominic Pezzola, 43, is facing three charges and up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted, according to court records.
