NEW YORK, N.Y. – Tully Rinckey is pleased to announce that Racquel A. Cousins, Esq. has joined the firm’s Manhattan office as a partner, where she will practice exclusively family and matrimonial law.

Prior to joining Tully Rinckey Ms. Cousins was previously a solo practitioner for 18 years with her own firm in New York City. Before starting her own practice in May 2004 Ms. Cousins was employed by the Nassau County Legal Aid Society, Criminal Defense Division.
