SYRACUSE — While closed courthouses have severely slowed down most areas of law, some attorneys handling estate-planning say they’ve gotten busier.
“People are in a positive place now, I think both time-wise and mentally where they want to get it taken care of,” Jen Corcoran, an attorney with Tully Rinckey PLLC based out of Albany. Her duties include helping people draft and implement living wills. A written statement which lets people state their medical-care wishes in case they become unable to communicate their decisions.
