Mathew B. Tully is the Founding Partner of Tully Rinckey PLLC and has practiced federal employment law for nearly 20 years. He valiantly served in the U.S. Army and deployed three times since the firm’s inception before retiring from the military. He received the Purple Heart in 2012, as well as the Bronze Star and the Combat Action Badge for his service in Afghanistan. Mr. Tully is a member of the firm’s executive committee, which oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm.
