As the Managing Partner of Tully Rinckey’s Austin, TX, office, Michael focuses his practice on federal sector labor and employment law, and state employment law. Michael has extensive experience litigating cases on behalf of employees at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and in both state and federal courts.
Paul Friener is a senior associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Austin, TX, office, where he focuses his practice on labor and employment law. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Paul was a supervising attorney at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, where he supervised the Legal Aid for Survivors of Sexual Assault (LASSA) division and was a team leader for the Immigration Practice team.
