As we continue our Divorce 101 workshop series, Tully Rinckey PLLC and Capital Region Second Saturday invite you on Tuesday February 19, 2019 as we discuss the division of pensions as they pertain to recent or impending divorces. We will be joined by attorney Carolyn D’Agostino, who draws on her extensive experience as the former director of the Hearing Administration and Matrimonial Bureau at the New York State Retirement System.
This workshop is open to everyone has has a pension or an interest in a spouses pension and is divorced, currently going through a divorce, or considering a divorce.
