Join us Wednesday, January 30th as Tully Rinckey PLLC Partner Barbara King presents a free continuing legal education (CLE) course.

Attorneys may attend the CLE in person at our Albany office location or view the course live online. Registration for this event closes at 5:00 PM on Tuesday January 29th. Online attendees will receive their link to steam the CLE, course materials, and further instruction at 4PM on January 30th.

This month’s CLE: Spousal Maintenance- An Update on Guidelines and Tax issues will review the application of the statutory maintenance guidelines and look at recent case law related to its application. Ms. King will also discuss tactical approaches to litigation, as well as guide attorneys through spousal maintenance in light of the new tax code and change in deductibility of payments. Tully Rinckey PLLC is an approved Accredited Provider through the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board. Attorneys will receive one (1) credit hour in the Areas of Professional Practice upon completing this course. Newly admitted attorneys must attend in person in order to receive course credit for this CLE.
