Join us on Tuesday, September 25th as Tully Rinckey PLLC Founding Partner Greg Rinckey presents a free continuing legal education (CLE) course.

Attorneys may attend the CLE in person at our Albany office location or view the course live online. Registration for this event ends at 5:00 PM on Monday September 24th. Online attendees will recieve their link to stream the CLE, course materials, and further instruction at 4pm on September 25th.

This month’s CLE Security Clearance Law and Mitigation of Security Concerns will be led by Tully Rinckey PLLC Founding Partner, Greg Rinckey. A former attorney in the Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, Mr. Rinckey has become a recognized leader in the military, federal employment law and security clearance representation sectors. Mr. Rinckey will guide attorneys through the Security Clearance and Facility Clearance decision making processes. Throughout the course Mr. Rinckey will detail the Denial or Revocation Procedures, Personal Appearance Procedures before the Department of Defense, as well as procedures for contractors, military, and civilians. Tully Rinckey PLLC is an approved Accredited Provider through the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board. Attorneys will receive one (1) credit hour in Areas of Professional Practice upon completing the course, which is also suitable for newly admitted attorneys.
