Overview:

Michael Liptrot, Senior Counsel in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Manhattan office, will be presenting a free continuing legal education (CLE) seminar; “Parental Alienation” on Friday, January 27th, 2023.

Topics Include:

Refresher on the basics of determining custody.
Examination of the origins of the term parental alienation and how it is defined by the courts.
Review of recent case law discussing parental alienation.
Discuss practice tips to successfully litigate a claim of parental alienation as well as how to defend against one.

How to Join:

To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, faculty biography, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.

After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
