Overview:
Matthew Ricci, Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office, will be presenting a free continuing legal education (CLE) seminar; “New York State Partitions” on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
This course will provide an overview on New York State partition actions. Our presenter will explore the purpose behind partition actions, the basics of commencing a partition action and an overview of factors Courts consider for the distribution of sale proceeds.

To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.
After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.

Overview:
Matthew P. Ricci joined Tully Rinckey PLLC in 2022 and focuses his practice on federal sector labor and employment and New York State employment law out of the Albany office. Matthew has experience litigating cases on behalf of employees at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR), and in both state and federal courts.
