CLE: Employment Policies
Join us Thursday March 7th as Tully Rinckey PLLC Partner Michael Macomber presents a free continuing legal education (CLE) course.
Attorneys may attend the CLE in person at our Albany office or view the course live online. Registration for this event ends at 5:00 PM on Wednesday March 6th. Online attendees will receive their link to stream the CLE, course materials, and further instructions at 4 PM on March 7th.
In this CLE. Mr. Macomber will guide attorneys as he examines the unique,substantive and procedural protections afforded to federal employees. During this CLE, Mr. Macomber will explore the representation of federal employees as it pertains to individual cases and disciplinary matters. Tully Rinckey is an approved Accredited Provider through the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board. Attorneys will receive one (1) credit hour in the Areas of Professional Practice upon completing this course. Newly admitted attorneys must attend in person to receive course credit for the CLE.
