In this complimentary CLE, Tully Rinckey Partner Eugene Welch will provide attendees with an overview of ethical considerations associated with the attorney-client relationship. Participants will explore the model ethical rules governing the attorney-client relationship and their application to common ethical issues faced by practicing attorneys.
To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.
After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.

As a Partner in Tully Rinckey’s Rochester, NY office, Eugene focuses his practice on federal and state litigation and governmental issues. Eugene’s experience as a Federal Prosecutor, trial instructor for Justice Department attorneys, and his experience in the New York State Attorney General’s Office give him unique qualifications to assist clients to make sure they are in compliant with both New York State and federal law and regulations. Eugene has served on the Ethics Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association since 1995 and was a Chairman for two years. The committee answers confidential Ethics questions for practicing attorneys about their own conduct with their clients.
