Overview:
Carol A. Crossett, a Partner in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s New York City office, will be presenting a free continuing legal education (CLE) seminar; “Business Succession Planning: Family Members, Key Employees & Other Considerations” on Wednesday, August 10th, 2022.
The saying “There is a method to the madness” focuses on achieving reasonable goals and a strategy to get there. This saying is fitting when it comes to business succession planning because there is no such thing as “one size fits all”. However, business succession planning does not have to be madness when there is a method.
Attorneys will receive one (1) credit hour in Areas of Professional Practice upon completing this course. Newly admitted attorneys may attend and receive credit for this CLE. Tully Rinckey PLLC is an approved Accredited Provider through the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board.

- Ideas, options & strategies
- Buy-sells, using insurance policies, stock transfers
- Franchise v. non-franchise business succession
- Time to prepare the transactional documents and instruments
How to Join:
To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.
After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
