During this course we will go through the basic options, federal and New York state, for pursuing a discrimination claims or retaliation for previous protected activity. While this is a fairly large topic, we will discuss the basics of the applicable federal and state laws, as well as guidance on the process for the various forums within which a complaint may be filed.

How to Join:

To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE.  A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.

After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
