Child support can be an emotional and challenging process for parents following a divorce, separation, or when a family lives in separate homes.
In this complimentary CLE, Tully Rinckey Partner Michael Belsky, Esq., who relentlessly fights for the rights of spouses, parents, grandparents and the best interests of the children, will provide attendees with an overview of the child support process and the determining factors that come into play when calculating child support.

To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.
After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
