- First-year associates will receive a base compensation of at least $110,000, with higher starting salaries for experienced attorneys with portable books of business.
- Our revamped bonus program could increase your compensation by up to 50%.
Comprehensive Benefits Package:
- 100% 401(k) match up to 6%;
- Equity ownership options for those with a commensurate book of business;
- No-cost individual health insurance;
- Free dental, vision, and life insurance;
- Over six weeks of paid time off after 18 months of full-time employment.
Flexible Work Arrangements:
- Hybrid, flexible, and part-time work schedules available;
- Fully remote positions for select roles;
- Priority transfer and relocation opportunities to our offices across the country.
