    • An MCCR intake officer will conduct an interview to gather more information and determine if the case falls within MCCR's jurisdiction.
    • The intake officer will explain your rights and the next steps in the process.
  1. Filing the complaint
    • If the case is accepted, the officer will help you complete a formal complaint form.
    • The complaint will be filed, and a copy will be sent to your employer for their response.
  1. Investigation

    • Both parties may be asked to provide additional information.
