Tully Rinckey PLLC, a full-service law firm with 11 offices nationwide, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. This position will be based in our Albany, NY headquarters.
The Talent Acquisition Associate will report directly to the Director of Recruiting. This position involves working with all members of the recruiting team to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans and tactics and grow the firm’s team of attorney and staff.
Day-to-day activities entail working in an extremely fast paced environment recruiting for a variety of areas of law.
Priority tasks and responsibilities include:
- Respond to applicants that apply through the firm’s hiring email and exterior job postings
- Conduct screens of applicants including review of job history, qualifications, and education
- Managing candidates through the hiring process using the applicant tracking system
- Drafting job descriptions and posting job ads
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs for phone screens, interviews, offers, and acceptances on a monthly basis
- Generating weekly and monthly reports advising management of recruiting status
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to excel in both individual and collaborative settings
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable navigating and utilizing various external hiring websites
- Skilled in creating and maintaining candidate pipelines in a designated area
