Tully Rinckey PLLC is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Partner to lead our White Plains, NY office. This role combines legal practice with leadership responsibilities and is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in Labor and Employment Law, Family Law, Business Law, Real Estate, Litigation or Military Law however the firm is open to speaking with Attorneys in any practice area that aligns with the firm’s core competencies. Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and mentor attorneys and staff
– Drive business development and revenue growth
– Oversee daily operations and align the office with firm strategy
– Maintain an active practice (reduced billable requirement for management duties)
– Present monthly report to the executive committee and develop office vision
Qualifications:
– Admitted and in good standing in the State of New York
– Proven leadership and management experience
– Background in litigation or relevant practice areas preferred
Compensation: $125,000-$250,000
