Tully Rinckey PLLC is actively interviewing attorneys interested in joining our labor and employment practice groups inside the Firm's New York, NY office. Our firm is one of the largest federal sector labor and employment law firms in the country. Our employment law team of over 30 attorneys throughout the country routinely assist individuals who work for federal and state governments, in addition to municipality and town employees, private sector executives and employees, labor unions, and employers with their legal needs.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in representing individuals in employment-related claims against the federal government. We are seeking experienced Partner and Associate attorneys. Candidates will also have experience in State specific employment matters.

This is a great opportunity for attorneys looking to establish themselves inside the employment law industry with one of the largest federal employment law firms in the country. Attorneys will practice alongside their peers at Tully Rinckey who are AV rated, ranked by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for their skills and results in the practice.

Compensation is based on experience. Partner-level candidates will be rewarded for origination and/or portable business. Sole practitioner candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates may be barred in any United States jurisdiction.

Starting January 1, 2025, the base compensation for all first-year Attorneys has been increased to $110,000 per year, and higher starting base compensation for experienced attorneys with higher compensation being offered to Attorneys with experience and/or portable books. In addition, the firm will offer no-cost health insurance for basic plans, free dental and vision coverage, and a 6% matching contribution for 401(k) plans at 100%. After eighteen (18) months of full-time employment, attorneys will earn over six (6) weeks of paid time off. Partnership opportunities are available for experienced practitioners in new and existing practice groups.
