Tully Rinckey PLLC is speaking with attorneys interested in joining our family and matrimonial practice group out of the Firm's Midtown Manhattan office. The firm has a statewide practice that is lead by award winning attorneys. Our team of more than 10 Family & Matrimonial attorneys throughout the state routinely assist with family and matrimonial legal needs.
Candidates should have experience handling Family and Matrimonial law cases. Experience would include drafting documents for and handling representation in contested and non-contested divorce matters, custody, child and spousal support, orders of protection as well as separation agreements.
Tully Rinckey attorneys can count on the support of a full service marketing department, highly skilled business development team, public relations, IT support, legal support and client relations support so that our Attorneys can focus squarely on the practice of law and servicing our clients.
Attorneys will practice alongside their peers at Tully Rinckey who are AV rated, ranked by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers for their skills and results in the practice.
Compensation is based on experience. Partners will be rewarded for origination and/or portable business. Sole practitioner candidates are encouraged to apply.

Starting January 1, 2025, the base compensation for all first-year Attorneys has been increased to $110,000 per year, and higher starting base compensation for experienced attorneys with higher compensation being offered to Attorneys with experience and/or portable books. In addition, the firm will offer no-cost health insurance for basic plans, free dental and vision coverage, and a 6% matching contribution for 401(k) plans at 100%. After eighteen (18) months of full-time employment, attorneys will earn over six (6) weeks of paid time off. Partnership opportunities are available for experienced practitioners in new and existing practice groups.
