Ross Joseph Fodera, Esq., an Associate Attorney in Tully Rinckey’s Washington, D.C. office, represents employees in EEOC and MSPB proceedings, as well as litigation, generally focused on violations of law relating to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity discrimination/retaliation claims under various federal civil rights laws and their state law equivalents.
Ross has lived in the Washington, D.C. area since 2020 and has a passion for civil rights and defending employees from discrimination and retaliation by their employers. Ross has exclusively represented employees throughout the DMV area for claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as well as state law equivalents. Ross comes to Tully Rinckey with a range of employment-related experience such as private and federal sector employment law, worker’s compensation experience with the DC Department of Employment Services where he worked as a law clerk to multiple ALJs, as well as research positions focused on religious discrimination in the workplace.
