Nancy Nissen, Esq. is a Partner at Tully Rinckey, PLLC’s office in White Plains, New York, where she primarily focuses her practice on family and matrimonial law, with an additional concentration on labor and employment law.

Nancy has been committed to helping individuals and families for many years, bringing her wealth of experience to Tully Rinckey, PLLC.   Nancy dedicated her practice to matrimonial and family Law, including matters such divorce, separation agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, child abuse and neglect defense, and family offense proceedings.

Nancy’s career began with the City of New York, handling family law matters.  In private practice, she represents clients regarding child custody and visitation modification, violations or enforcements, child support litigation including initial applications, modifications, enforcements and violations.

Nancy possesses a unique perspective on labor and employment law, attained from her experience as in-house counsel for a large family-owned property management company. She has experience representing and advising in various types of employment-related matters, in addition to a strong record of successful appellate work experience.

Nancy’s goal is to be a strong advocate for her clients, with years of experience and a background in litigation, and negotiation, and to work tirelessly for her clients.
