Marlee regularly manages the probate process, guiding clients through complex legal procedures with compassion and clarity. From initiating probate proceedings to valuing estate assets and distributing them to beneficiaries, Marlee’s hands-on approach ensures that estates are settled efficiently and in accordance with both the law and the decedent’s wishes. Her deep knowledge of estate tax matters further enhances her ability to help clients minimize tax liabilities while protecting their legacies.

Marlee earned her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, where she was Associate Executive Editor of the Moot Court Honors Board Journal and published a case comment on employment law. She also served as a Student Attorney in the Innocence Clinic, representing clients under SJC 3:03 certification, and was a member of the Student Bar Association’s Appropriations Committee. She graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and received the Calvin & Kathryn Heath School Scholarship.
