George A. Rose, Esq. is a Senior Counsel with Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Washington, DC office. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, George was the managing member at Rose Law Firm LLC in Baltimore, MD, where he honed his experience in labor and employment law, as well as general civil litigation since February 2000. His career is distinguished by a commitment to providing excellent legal services and managing both case and practice operations efficiently.

Before founding his own firm, George served as the CEO and Staffing Director at Rose Services, Inc., where he oversaw healthcare supplemental staffing operations, emphasizing quality service development, recruiting, and corporate management. His early legal experiences include working as a Student Attorney at D.C. Law Students in Court, where he represented indigent clients in civil litigation, and as a Summer Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Henry Escoto, focusing on criminal defense.

George earned his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, where he was active as the President of the Association of Caribbean Law Students and a columnist for the law school newspaper, The Barrister. He holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and was deeply involved in student leadership and cultural initiatives.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, George is dedicated to community service. He serves as the Board Chairman for the Haile Selassie First Foundation for Law & Society, Inc., and contributes to various non-profit organizations. His personal interests include running, tennis, and swimming, reflecting a well-rounded personality committed to lifelong learning and community engagement.
