Eric Duncan is a Senior Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Buffalo office, where he focuses his practice around military law.
Before becoming a Senior Associate , Eric worked as a law clerk, where he utilized his legal knowledge to assist firm attorneys with conducting legal research and analysis, preparing legal documents, compiling case materials, and writing reports and other memoranda.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Eric conducted research into veterans groups and resources and facilitated the development of practicum for the Veterans Legal Practicum at the University at Buffalo School of Law. Eric previously served as an Infantry Squad Leader in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he commanded 12 to thirty-six personnel His other experience includes working as a Commercial Account Manager for Continental Transmission, where he oversaw commercial account estimates; advised clients of their options; and negotiated new contracts with current and potential clients. He also worked as a Project Supervisor, where he oversaw the planning and execution of an ongoing expansion of a multi-million dollar business.
Eric obtained his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, in Buffalo, NY, with a focus on intellectual property, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
