Christopher Ray Clark is an Associate Attorney in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Albany office. Clark’s practice focuses on Family and Matrimonial law related matters including custody, support, family offense, and divorce matters. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Clark worked as a senior associate for a small New York City law firm where he handled family law cases in courts throughout New York state. In addition to family law, Clark has practiced in Criminal, Contracts, Civil, Estate, and Civil Rights Law.
Clark began working in Family and Criminal law while in law school where he served as a mediator for custody matters pending in Family Court and a law clerk for the local prosecutor’s office. After law school, Clark prosecuted criminal cases, misdemeanors and felonies. Clark handled cases involving domestic violence that overlapped with pending cases in Family Court and required the prosecution work with the family law attorney to find a resolution.
Clark is a trained oral advocate. During his time as a licensed advocate, Clark has tried bench and jury trials in criminal and family court. Clark has years of experience handling evidentiary hearings in numerous areas of law. Further, as a law clerk, Clark worked on criminal appellate arguments for the prosecutor’s office to uphold convictions in numerous felony matters.
Additionally, Clark has a masters in Public Administration. Most recently, Clark worked as a mediation manager for the City of Dallas’ Office of Community Police Oversight where he worked on administrative complaints against the Dallas Police Department for violations of citizens’ civil rights.
