Chris Snowden, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at the Ladera Ranch office of Tully Rinckey PLLC, where he focuses his practice on national security law and federal employment. Chris represents clients who have security clearance issues against agencies such as CIA, NSA, DIA, DOD, NRO, and DOE. He has represented and advised clients in employment matters related to the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Special Counsel (OSC), and various Offices of the Inspector General (OIG). He has a proven record of resolving cases favorably on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Chris spent almost two years representing clients in security clearance cases and Administrative Law hearings, advising client from the process of filing out an SF-86 through representing clients on appeal. Chris has won favorable results for his clients before the CIA, NSA, DIA, DOD, NRO, and DOE. Chris also practiced federal employment law in a range of forums, including MSPB and EEOC. He has traveled all over the country assisting his clients with their security clearance and federal employment issues.
Chris received his Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. John Vianney College Seminary. While in law school, Chris began his legal career working for the pro bono Veterans clinic by assisting Veterans in numerous legal matters. Chris graduated from law school with recognition of over 150 hours of pro bono service.
