Brittany D. Forrester, Esq., is a Senior Associate at Tully Rinckey PLLC, where she focuses her practice primarily on national security law with experience in federal employment matters. Brittany represents clients who have security clearance issues with agencies such as the FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, DOD, NRO, NGA, and DOE. She has represented numerous clients in security clearance revocation proceedings and has a proven record of saving clients’ jobs as well as anticipating and resolving potential future issues with their security clearances.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Brittany spent more than two years representing clients in security clearance cases and Administrative Law hearings and appeals with various agencies. Brittany also practiced federal employment law in a range of forums, including the MSPB, EEOC, and OSC. She has traveled all over the country assisting her clients with their security clearance and federal employment issues and has also previously practiced personal injury law, representing individuals injured in car crashes and slip-and-fall incidents.
Brittany received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. While in law school, Brittany served on the Moot Court Honor Board and the Student Bar Association. She is currently a member of the Jacksonville Women Lawyer’s Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association. She is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
