On July 15, 2020, Tully Rinckey expanded its reach in the Capital District by opening an office at 125 High Rock Ave. in Saratoga Springs. We opened the office in Saratoga Springs because we felt there was a need in the Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties for a law firm such as Tully Rinckey. The office is a full-service office that offers all of the expertise of the Tully Rinckey law firm, with a present focus in the areas of matrimonial and family law, criminal law and trust and estates.

The firm’s presence in Saratoga county allows us to stay close to the community roots and the local courts offering convenience to our clients.

Partner, Michael J. Belsky, Esq., who has resided in Saratoga County for over 30 years, heads the law office. Attorney Belsky has practiced in Saratoga County, Washington County and Warren County for over 25 years, and maintained his own private practice in Saratoga County for over 20 years before joining Tully Rinckey. Attorney Belsky has extensive experience in virtually every aspect of Family and Matrimonial law, including extensive experience working with Supreme and Family Courts and understanding the nuances and processes related to all matters relating in divorce, adoption, custody and support.

Jennifer Corcoran, Esq., has been with Tully Rinckey for over 10 years and is a partner with the firm. She leads the trust and estates department for the firm with extensive experience in helping clients plan and administer their estates.

Derrick Hogan, Esq., a partner with Tully Rinckey is the head of the criminal practice, and has represented clients in felony, misdemeanor, violations and traffic matters with the firm for over 12 years.

Each of these attorneys have practiced in Saratoga and the surrounding counties and is knowledgeable of the Court systems. Tully Rinckey has been considering a Saratoga location for many years, and the last few months have provided us with an opportunity to strategically review our business model and how we can better serve Capital Region clients in Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties.
