As Central New York cautiously began phase one of reopening Friday, some workers have expressed concerns over health risks due to COVID-19.
Kevin Shehan leads Tully Rinckey’s New York labor and employment practice. Shehan said before making any drastic decisions, the first thing you should do is talk to your boss and see if they’ll work to help make you feel more safe. “Not everybody is pleased at all times in all interactions, but as a starting point people should make every effort to raise concerns objectively,” said Shehan.
