Join us Wednesday, November 14 as Tully Rinckey PLLC Partner Mario Cometti presents a free continuing legal education (CLE) course.

Attorneys may attend the CLE in person at our Albany office location or view the course live online. Registration for this event ends at 5:00 PM on Tuesday November 13th. Online attendees will recieve their link to stream the CLE, course materials, and further instruction at 4pm on November 14th.

This month’s CLE, “Ethical Considerations in Non-Client Communication” will be led by Tully Rinckey PLLC Partner Mario Cometti. Mr. Cometti has a diverse background and long track record of successfully representing individuals and businesses throughout New York State and around the country. As a Partner, his practice focuses on litigation. Mr. Cometti will draw on his experience to assist attorneys of all levels of skills and experience in navigating the rules of professional conduct as they pertain to communication with representation by counsel, how they pertain to criminal matters and corporate structures. Mr. Cometti will provide insight to professional conduct as well as provide examples to how to deal with potential conflicts. Tully Rinckey PLLC is an approved Accredited Provider through the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board. Attorneys will receive one (1) credit hour in the Areas of Professional Practice upon completing this course.
