Join us on Wednesday August 22nd as Tully Rinckey PLLC Managing Partner Gerald Raymond presents a free continuing legal education (CLE) course.

Attorneys may attend the CLE in person at our Syracuse office location or view the course live online. Registration for this event ends at 5:00 PM on Tuesday August 21st. Online attendees will receive their link to stream the CLE, course materials, and further instruction at 4 PM on August 22nd.

This month’s Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course, Real Estate Closings for the Non-Real Estate Attorney will be presented by Tully Rinckey PLLC Managing Partner Gerald Raymond. Mr. Raymond will draw on his wide range of experience in the practice areas of Real Estate Law and Litigation. During this time, Mr. Raymond has offered legal counsel in the areas of landlord representation, residential and commercial real estate law. Mr. Raymond will use his experience to guide fellow attorneys through the steps of property closings. Mr. Raymond will explain to attendees the process from Statement of Sales, client day of closing, through the first monthly payment disclosure. Tully Rinckey PLLC is an approved Accredited Provider through the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board. Attorneys will receive one (1) credit hour in the Areas of Professional Practice upon completing the course. This CLE is appropriate for both newly admitted and experience attorneys.
