Overview:
Eric Duncan is a Senior Associate in Tully Rinckey’s Buffalo, New York office, where he focuses his practice on military law. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Eric conducted research into veterans groups and resources and facilitated the development of the Veterans Legal Practicum at the University at Buffalo School of Law. Eric previously served as an Infantry Squad Leader in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he commanded 12 to 36 personnel.
