Stephanie Rowe Turner

Stephanie Rowe Turner, an Associate in Tully Rinckey’s Rochester office, is a civil and criminal litigator, who focuses practice in a wide variety of practice areas including criminal law, foreclosure and collection litigation, real estate, and compliance. Most recently, Stephanie expanded her practice to zealously represent individuals in a wide variety of family law matters including but not limited to divorce, custody, willful violations of child support, and domestic violence proceedings. Her area of focus is helping men and women navigate some of the hardest and most emotional experiences of their lives — divorce, custody, and criminal accusations.

A native Rochesterian, Stephanie was raised by a family intimately involved in local politics. From an early age, this instilled a strong work ethic and commitment to compassion and service. To this end, Stephanie has served on the Monroe County Assigned Counsel Panel representing indigent clients in both criminal and family law matters. She has volunteered on campaign teams since before she was of voting age. Stephanie’s most recent endeavor is to join the Parma Zoning Board of Appeals.

Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo in 2015, and was admitted to practice in New York in 2016 after passing the bar on her first attempt while working full time as a law clerk. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
