Robert Menard is an associate in Tully Rinckey’s Syracuse office, focusing his practice on federal labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Robert practiced employee benefits law helping clients administer and maintain a variety of health and retirement plans. He also assisted clients with establishing not-for-profit corporations and obtaining tax exemptions.
Robert studied political science and history at Keuka College. He then attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he joined a legal clinic representing workers who were affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
