Matthew Luby is an associate with Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Washington, DC office. He has practiced labor and employment law and veteran’s law since 2012, representing clients such as the American Postal Workers Union, the Transport Workers Union, the Independent Pilots Association, the Air Line Pilots Association, as well as individual workers in Title VII and whistleblower actions. He is a graduate of Emerson College and Saint Louis University Law School. Matthew has also worked with Labor Arbitrator Joshua Javits in drafting arbitration awards and law review articles, and he is the coauthor with Arbitrator Javits of “Gig Workers: Walking a Tightrope Without a Safety Net” published in the University of Missouri Journal of Dispute Resolution in the spring of 2022. Matthew is licensed in the District of Columbia and Missouri.
