Overview:
Carol Crossett, Partner in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s New York City office, will be presenting a free continuing legal education (CLE) seminar, “Probate, Administration Proceedings and Beyond” on Thursday, May 30, 2024.
This CLE will discuss the general types of filings associated with probate and administration of a decedent’s estate, some of the procedural matters and basic pleadings that need to be filed before exploring a few topics involving contested proceedings and turnover proceedings.
How to Join:
To participate, please register using the form on this page. Upon registering, you will receive a link and instructions on how to access the CLE. A timed agenda, supplemental course materials, an attorney affirmation and a course evaluation will be circulated on the day of the CLE.
After the CLE, please fill out and return the completed attorney affirmation and course evaluation to cle@tullylegal.com. Upon receipt, we will provide a certificate of CLE completion.
