Overview:
As a Partner at Tully Rinckey PLLC, Derrick Hogan, Esq. primarily focuses his practice on both federal labor and employment and criminal law, as well as heading the Firm’s criminal practice in its Albany office.
Derrick has experience in both federal and private employment law matters, handling cases involving discrimination and harassment in the workplace, disciplinary actions against federal employees, and representing federal employees who are under investigation. Derrick has handled many federal employment matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Merit Systems Protection Board, as well as appeals with the EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations.
