Jillian Groshans

Ms. Groshans joined Tully Rinckey PLLC as an associate in 2023. She focuses her practice primarily on Family and Matrimonial matters relating to family offense petitions, orders of protection, child custody, child support, maintenance, separation agreements, and divorce. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, Ms. Groshans worked as an associate at a law firm in Albany where she was involved in litigation and motion practice in Criminal, Civil, Estate, Administrative, and Election Law matters.

Ms. Groshans graduated from Albany Law School in 2020 and is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States Court for the Northern District of New York and is a member of the New York Bar Association. She began her work in Family and Matrimonial law during her time at Albany Law School at the Family Violence Litigation and Domestic Violence Prosecution Hybrid clinics at the Justice Center.

Prior to law school, Ms. Groshans graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with her Bachelors degree in Philosophy and English.
