WASHINGTON, D.C. – Tully Rinckey PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Cassidy to the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He joins the firm as an Of Counsel attorney, and will focus on government relations, corporate, real estate and financial institutional matters.
Mr. Cassidy currently represents companies in many industry sectors including tech, gaming, renewable energy, infrastructure and water resources management. He has worked with Congress and many federal agencies on behalf of clients including the EPA, FAA, Department of Education, and the FTC/CFPB.
In the Municipal and local government space, Mr. Cassidy has significant experience representing trade associations and healthcare insurers before the District of Columbia’s Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking, and the Department of Health Care Finance. He has also represented interests before the D.C. City Council and advised local officials on election law issues.
