By Albany County Court
Attorney Kiley D. Scott
assertively and
effectively argued that
due to mental limitations,
his client Frederick James
was unable to assist in
preparation of a defense.
As a result, James will
receive treatment at a
state mental health
facility instead of seven
years in state prison.
