 Child Visitation

In many traditional parenting plans, there is only one primary residence (primary custody) for the children.

It is important to develop a schedule of visitation for the other parent to maintain stability and security for the children. When only one parent is awarded sole custody, the other parent is entitled to petition for visitation. Often, many problems arise between parents in regards to visitation. Before retaliation, it is important to retain an attorney to understand and protect your legal rights.

Call (518) 218-7100 24 hours, 7 days a week or email visitation@tullylegal.com to get help with visitation matters.

There are many common visitation problems our clients face. Because every situation and circumstance are different, it is important to work with an attorney who will provide individual attention to your matter. It is important to remember that child support and visitation are two very different matters. Even if the other parent  is impeding or withholding visitation with your children, you do not have the right to withhold child support. It is also never a good idea to engage in a direct conflict, verbal or physical.
