Stephen is a paralegal in the firm’s Washington, DC office, working directly for Samuel Wright and Steven Herrick. Stephen is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office at 1800 K. St. NW. 

Stephen is originally from the Bronx, NY. But has spent most of his career in or around the Washington, DC area.

Before joining Tully Rinckey PLLC, he worked for The OAG (Office of the Attorney General) for the District of Columbia in their Child Support Services Division as a Wage Withholding Paralegal.

Stephen brings more than 10 years of paralegal experience with him as he joins the newest branch of the Tully Rinckey practice. He has worked in a number of different fields and at firms or varying sizes throughout New York City and the DC Metro area.

Stephen currently resides in Alexandria, VA with his wife, Stephanie. In his free time he enjoys playing on softball leagues, going on vacation, spending time with his family and supporting his two favorite sports teams, The New York Yankees and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
