He works with a team of attorneys, paralegals and fellow law clerks to review clients’ military records. Their work helps to restore improperly charged leave to military personnel under what is known as Butterbaugh v. Department of Justice.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Bob served as a legislative aide in the New York State Assembly. He also was a student law clerk in the Enforcement Counsel's Office of the New York State Board of Elections. During his time at the board of elections he provided research and written assistance in drafting advisory opinions concerning various campaign finance matters in the New York State Election Law.
Originally from Danvers, Massachusetts, Bob moved to New York to attend college. Bob graduated as the salutatorian of his class at Manhattan College where he earned a BA degree in History. He also was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, a national honor society whose members are chosen based on their academic excellence. Currently, Bob is a student at Albany Law School where he is pursuing his Juris Doctorate degree. Bob is also involved within the school community as the Editor-in-Chief of the Albany Government Law Review.
In his free time, Bob enjoys developing his golf game and traveling to the driving range from time to time. Additionally, Bob is an avid sports fan of professional baseball and football.
