Maxine Barasch is Of Counsel to Tully Rinckey PLLC.

Maxine joined Tully Rinckey PLLC to expand the firm's already impressive array of practices into intellectual property law.  She counsels clients on patent, trademark, copyright, and tech transfer issues, assisting from the inception of an idea to the time a product is brought to market.

Prior to joining the firm, Maxine worked as a law clerk at the intellectual property law firm of Mark Levy & Associates, PLLC, located in Binghamton, NY. She later became a Registered Patent Agent for the firm, and then an associate attorney. While there, she conducted practice in all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, licensing, and other contracts. Maxine moved o­n in the Spring of 2007 to open her practice.

Maxine is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Albany County Bar Association. She is a member of the National Order of the Barristers, an honor bestowed upon her for excellence in courtroom advocacy. Maxine is the founder and president of Capital Alliance of Young Professionals, Inc. She is also a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
